During this course, students learn
- to distinguish different types, silhouettes, and functions of dress
- the importance and the impact of the various socio-economic and cultural factors and of the development of clothing styles specific to various groups
- the ability to integrate their knowledge in order to distinguish and connect relationships with contemporary fashion, the emergence of new techniques, and the consequences of their application.
Upon completion of this course, from various illustrations, students will be able to make suitable connections showing the historical cycle of fashion.
